Marinara or pizza sauce or pesto
Protein of choice, e.g. cooked turkey or chicken, crumbed tofu
Chopped veggies of choice, e.g. peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, spinach
Cheese of choice
Preheat the oven to 425C (210C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
For each tortilla, spread a layer of marinara, pizza sauce or pesto
Add your toppings (pre-cooked protein and chopped veggies).
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges of the tortilla are crispy and the cheese is melty.
