Tea Time Energy Balls

Tea-time treats prepped for the week!!


This recipe made me 18 snack-sized energy balls but can vary depending on how big or small you would like them.


Ingredients:

-80g oats (I blended these down in a blender first)

-140 peanut butter (crunchy is best)

-25g desiccated coconut

-90g dark chocolate chips

-120g honey

-25g milled linseed/flaxseed


Method:

Basically, mix everything together. Using your hands roll up into treat-size balls. Then allow to set in the fridge for two hours before eating (if you can resist). Store in an airtight container and enjoy during the week with a cuppa.
