I made the most delicious strawberry almond yoghurt bark last night! It was the perfect combination of sweet and crunchy. I can't wait to make it again.

Set Time: 2 hours
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp maple. syrup or honey
1/4 cup crushed almonds or preferred nut
1/4 cup strawberries, diced
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together yoghurt and maple syrup or honey.
Add to a baking sheet and evenly distribute into a thin layer. Top with almonds, strawberries and chocolate chips.
Store in the freezer and enjoy as desired.
