If you're looking for a sweet treat, try Snickers stuffed dates! They're the perfect fix for a sweet tooth and only take a few minutes to make.

1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter
1/4 cup (60g) crushed nuts, e.g., walnuts, peanuts
1/3 cup (~85g) of dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Sea salt or desiccated coconut
Slice dates lengthwise down the centre and remove the pit.
Fill each date with about a tsp of peanut butter. Top with a sprinkle of crushed nuts.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, mixing in between, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Cover each date with a spoonful of chocolate and top with a dash of sea salt or desiccated coconut.
Store in the fridge and enjoy it as a sweet treat.
