Peanut Butter & Salted Caramel Bliss Bites

Recipe makes ~16-18

These make an easy to grab snack and go great with a cuppa if you are like me and always looking for something sweet!

Also they are:

  • High in Fibre

  • A Source of protein

  • Only approx. 100kcal per ball



  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. If you are not in a rush allow the batter to sit in the fridge for 30mins (makes it easier to roll into balls)

  3. Using your hands divide the mixture into small balls and roll together using your hands

  4. Optional: Roll the balls in desiccated coconut flakes to coat the outside
