Recipe makes ~16-18
These make an easy to grab snack and go great with a cuppa if you are like me and always looking for something sweet!
Also they are:
High in Fibre
A Source of protein
Only approx. 100kcal per ball
40g protein powder (I used the brand PhD peanut butter cup)
30g milled linseed
140g peanut butter
Mix all the ingredients together
If you are not in a rush allow the batter to sit in the fridge for 30mins (makes it easier to roll into balls)
Using your hands divide the mixture into small balls and roll together using your hands
Optional: Roll the balls in desiccated coconut flakes to coat the outside
