These make a very handy breakfast on the go or a great snack that will 100% keep you feeling full until your next break!
The recipe makes approx 30 so feel free to half it or else make the full amount and pop them in the freezer
Ingredients: -4 large bananas -4 eggs -400g oats -500g peanut butter -6 tbsp honey (~90g) -pinch of salt -4 tsp cinnamon -dark chocolate chips and chopped & walnuts to sprinkle on top
Method: -Mash the eggs and bananas together -Add the oats, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and pinch of salt -Mix well -Add to a pre-lined baking tray -Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top -Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15mins -Allow to cool and then enjoy
