Ferrero Rocher Overnight Oats

Dessert for breakfast anyone?

Ingredients:
Base:
40g oats
80g greek yogurt
1/2 mashed banana
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia/linseeds
1 tsp honey/maple syrup
3 tbsp (~30-50mls) of your preferred milk
Middle layer
Cocoa & Hazelnut Butter from Meridian
Top layer
100g greek yogurt
1 melted square lindt 70% dark chocolate
hazelnuts to garnish
Method
Mix all the base ingredients together and place in an airtight container in the fridge to set for a few hours
Spread a middle layer of the cocoa & hazelnut butter
For the top layer, melt 1 square of lindt dark chocolate in the microwave, then very quickly (to avoid lumps) mix in the greek yogurt - spread across the top
Garnish with some chopped hazelnuts and enjoy!
