Ferrero Rocher Overnight Oats

Dessert for breakfast anyone?



  • 40g oats

  • 80g greek yogurt

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chia/linseeds

  • 1 tsp honey/maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp (~30-50mls) of your preferred milk

Middle layer

Top layer

  • 100g greek yogurt

  • 1 melted square lindt 70% dark chocolate

  • hazelnuts to garnish

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together and place in an airtight container in the fridge to set for a few hours

  2. Spread a middle layer of the cocoa & hazelnut butter

  3. For the top layer, melt 1 square of lindt dark chocolate in the microwave, then very quickly (to avoid lumps) mix in the greek yogurt - spread across the top

  4. Garnish with some chopped hazelnuts and enjoy!
