The perfect weekend breakfast!
Ingredients: -40g oats -1 medium banana -sprinkle of cinnamon -1 tsp baking powder -1 tsp vanilla essence -1 tbsp linseeds -150mls milk -1 square dark chocolate & dark chocolate chips -Greek yogurt to serve
Method: -Preheat the oven to 180degrees - Add the oats, banana, vanilla essence, cinnamon, baking powder, linseeds and milk together and blend -Add half the mixture to an ovenproof bowl -Add the square of dark chocolate and the tbsp peanut butter to the middle -Cover with the remaining mixture -Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and banana slices on top -Add to the preheated oven for 10-15 mins and then vóila
