Balsamic Avocado Toast - Quick & Simple Healthy Breakfast
Sometimes simplicity, like avocado and eggs on toast with a bit of spruce (balsamic glaze), is all you need for the perfect breakfast. Try this balsamic avocado toast recipe - it takes less than 10 minutes!

SERVES: 1 PREP TIME: 3 MIN
COOK TIME: 7 MIN
INGREDIENTS One slice of sourdough bread
1/2 avocado mashed
1/4 cup mixed greens One egg 2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic glaze Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS 1. Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil onto sourdough bread and toast in a pan or a toaster oven. 2. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, crack an egg into the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked to preference. 3. Top with mashed avocado, mixed greens, cooked egg and balsamic glaze.
