Avocado Tzatziki Dip

INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
1/2 cucumber
3 heaped tbsp of greek yoghurt
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of chopped fresh mint.
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients - use a food processor if needed.
This avocado tzatziki can be prepared a day ahead and eaten chilled with grilled pitta bread or tortilla chips.
